Some boats weigh over 100lbs, which increases their chances of being dropped or damaged in transport. If your local delivery driver attempts to deliver a boat and the packaging is heavily beat-up with clear signs of product damage, you may refuse it. If you choose to reject the delivery, please notify us immediately to get a new boat shipped out to you. We stand behind our products and expect them to be delivered without damage.
What To Do If You Receive A Damaged Boat?
If you received your boat with some damage to the outside of the packaging, please take pictures documenting the damage before opening the box. Once photos have been taken, open the packaging and inspect the product for damage. We recommend inflating the boat for 24hrs to ensure there are no leaks. If you see any damage, please take pictures of it and send all of the photo evidence you have to email@example.com. Photos are required for us to assist you with damaged items.
