MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS - PRICE INCREASES
To Our Incredible Customers,
I want to sincerely thank each of you for putting your trust in our brand and our team. We never take that for granted.
On Monday April 25th, in order to keep our commitment to you, our customers, we have implemented the first brand-wide price increase in our brand's 12 year history. These price increases will allow us to continue to use the highest quality components, materials, manufacturing techniques, and to continue offering industry leading customer service for our products. After much thought, analysis, and deliberation, we have deemed this a necessary step to live up to what our brand stands for.
Our brand's purpose is to empower memorable outdoor experiences. We do this by creating better marine products at affordable prices. These two simple sentences embody who we are and what we do. They also act as our roadmap for how we as a brand (and team) are committed to moving into the future.
It’s been an unprecedented, transformative, and overall crazy 16 months. We know and respect that 2020 and the start of 2021 have impacted everyone differently and in so many unique ways. We learned through many of our customers that during the pandemic, people were retreating to the outdoors to escape the harsh realities of quarantine life. Many said they were searching for peace, safety, or a hint of normalcy. We are so grateful that our products were able to assist in this search and escape. We also never take for granted the impact, however small or big, we are able to make on our customers lives. Covid has forever changed our world, but it has not changed our attention to detail when we design and manufacture our products. We made it through these times of uncertainty, and we did it through ensuring consistency and conformity to our strict standards and commitments.
