Shipping and Delivery Estimates
Free shipping and other shipping offers sent in emails or displayed on our site are only valid for customers within the mainland United States. If you live outside the continental US, territories and international shipments will need to reach out to Newport for a shipping quote to their location. We are willing and able to work with freight forwarders and 3rd party shippers if the customer can receive a better rate. Newport is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees that are applied to shipments traveling abroad. This is the sole duty and responsibility of the customer to research the costs and make payments. To get estimates on shipping costs please use the following steps:
- Add the items you are interested in purchasing to your cart.
- Select "Checkout"
- Add your Shipping Information and click on Continue to Shipping.
- You can then select the best shipping option for your order
- NOTE: Expedited shipments are only valid if the order is placed before 2pm PST. Unless Next Day Air is chosen, Saturday or weekend delivery is not possible with UPS.
Newport ships every business day (M-F) at 2pm Pacific Time (excluding holidays) from our fulfillment center in California. If an order is placed after this time or on the weekend, it will ship the following business day. If you receive a notification that your order shipped on the weekend, it will begin shipping the following business day. This is only valid for items that are in stock and not drop shipped items. UPS Ground shipments can take 1-7 business days depending on your location within the United States. Roughly 1-2 business days for the West Coast, 3-4 business days for the Mid West and 4-5 business days for the East Coast. Please view the UPS Ground Map below for an estimated delivery day. DUE TO COVID-19, SOME ORDERS MAY TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.
