First and foremost, if you placed an order through Amazon we will not be shipping this order unless you bought from our seller account “Newport Brand”.

We all love receiving packages from Amazon quickly and rarely ever speak to them. Overall they do a great job getting things to people all over the world, however, there are some hiccups that can happen.  With orders placed directly with Amazon (Amazon Services, LLC), you are purchasing from Amazon’s warehouse and they will be fulfilling your order; Newport will have no control over your order and when it ships.

Occasionally, a customer will purchase a product on Amazon and wait for weeks without the order being shipped.
